Check any data issues you're experiencing:

Lots of duplicate records

Same contacts, accounts, or leads appear multiple times

Inconsistent data formats

Phone numbers, addresses, or names formatted differently

Missing or incomplete records

Key fields frequently empty or data is outdated

User Experience

Check any usability concerns:

Users work around the system

Spreadsheets, notes, or other tools used instead of Salesforce

Workflow Rules or Process Builders that should be retired

No documentation of customizations

Tribal knowledge - only certain people know how things work
